WHO IS THE TREATMENT NOT SUITABLE FOR?
Our Whitening treatments are not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Children under the age of 16. Parental consent is required for clients under the age of 18.
HOW LONG DOES THE TREATMENT TAKE?
The Whitening treatment process takes up to 60 minutes which includes set up, consultation and after care instructions.
CAN I EAT AND DRINK AFTER MY TREATMENT?
You can eat straight after your Whitening treatment, as long as you are avoiding dark foods and beverages for the first 42-72 hours following your treatment due to the pores in the teeth being open which makes your teeth vulnerable to stains.
SHOULD I HAVE A DENTAL CLEAN DONE PRIOR?
We encourage all of our clients to brush, floss thoroughly for 2 weeks prior if they choose not to do a dental clean. We recommend you allow a gap of 2 weeks from any dental work before booking in your treatment to avoid sensitivity.
HOW MANY SHADES WHITER?
Our clients usually receive 4-7 shades whiter. This depends entirely on the person’s physiology, you need to have a realistic expectation of your treatment and we encourage you to work with your technician to achieve your desired results.
HOW LONG SHOULD I EXPECT MY RESULTS TO LAST?
We highly recommend having a 6 week top up after the first treatment to enhance, lock in your bright whites and then every 3-12 months. Results all depend on your oral hygiene, life style and daily habits. Your results will last longer if you avoid tea, red wine and smoking, drink coffee through a straw.
HOW TO MAINTAIN RESULTS?
You can maintain your results by following these very simple steps which are:
Good oral hygiene practices.
Avoid staining food, drinks such as tea/coffee/red wine. If you do chose to have coloured drinks consider using a straw to prevent staining.
Book in for a top up every 3-12 months to maintain your shade.
If you smoke or drink lots of coffee or any dark staining foods, drinks you will need a top up more often.
DOES THE TREATMENT CAUSE ANY SENSITIVITY?
Some clients may experience some sensitivity, mainly if they have a history of sensitive teeth, however this is only a temporary symptom and will settle back to normal within 24 hours.

We offer mobile treatments around Sydney.
Monday – Friday
8.30am – 6.30pm
We also work in Batemans bay once a month.
HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?
We ship from Sydney, Australia and orders are processed Monday – Friday before 4pm.
• Please allow 1-4 business days for handling time and then you will receive a confirmation text with a tracking number once your order is shipped.
• Express shipping is available upon request.
• International orders are shipped via DHL & can take up to 8-10 business days.

HOW LONG WILL MY GEM LAST?
If all aftercare instructions are followed correctly, the gem will last between 6-12 months. The natural acidity of your mouths saliva, diet plays a big part on how long the gem lasts.
CAN I STILL HAVE MY TEETH WHITED ONCE I HAVE HAD A GEM APPLIED?
Yes absolutely, how ever once the gem comes off you will need to have your teeth whitened again due to having a patch where the gem was placed.
WILL TOOTH GEMS HARM MY TOOTH?
No the gem is bonded to the enamel like an orthodontic bracket without any drilling or discomfort. How ever once the gem comes off there will be adhesive residue on the surface which can be removed at your next dental appointment.
CAN GEMS BE PLACED ON ANY TOOTH?
No if you have a tooth that is artificial or crowned the tooth gem will not adhere to the artificial tooth.
WHAT DO I DO IF I WANT THE GEM REMOVED BEFORE IT FALLS OFF NATURALLY?
If you are ready to remove your tooth gem before it naturally falls off you can have it removed by your dentist at your next routine visit.
I WEAR A RETAINER CAN I STILL GET TOOTH GEMS?
If you wear a retainer or splint to bed the gem will sadly fall off due to the tight contact. If you wear Invisalign we can simple cement the gems on the surface of the retainers.
